Important Notices: |
Please be advised that our sister resort, The Westin Key
West Resort & Marina, is currently undergoing
renovations which are anticipated to extend through
October 2008. Areas of renovation include the
parking garage and front desk reception area.
Renovations to the parking garage are underway. The
parking garage will remain open throughout most
renovations, however parking will be extremely limited
in August and September and guests will be given
priority use of the parking garage. Front desk
renovations are estimated to begin in early August and
the lobby will remain operational throughout. The most
updated information regarding the renovations at The
Westin Key West Resort & Marina can be found at
westin.com/keywestrenovations. |

The largest
boat transporting guests to Sunset Key will be out of
service from August 18, 2008 through September 2008.
If you are staying during these dates and if you have
special needs, please contact the Sunset Key Concierge

ssk.concierge@westinkeywestresort.com, otherwise,
please be advised that our other boats are in service
and our boat operations will continue as normal.

Cottage guests
must be over 25 years of age, unless
accompanied by an adult.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A deposit for
partial or full stay will be required at time
of booking. If requirement is not met or in
the event of a no show, deposit may be
forfeited. A minimum cancellation notice of 3
to 21 days will be required in order to
receive a full refund of deposit. If minimum
day requirement is not met, deposit will be
non-refundable. Please verify at time of
booking for your specific deposit and
cancellation requirements.

Requests for
specific cottage assignments are accepted, but
not guaranteed. Cottage assignments will be
made upon arrival. |
|
|
Maximum occupancy
per cottage is: 3 persons in a one bedroom, 5
persons in a two bedroom, 7 persons in a three
bedroom. Maximum occupancy still applies when
party includes children.
|
|
|
A $75 extra person
charge per night will be applied for the third
adult (over 18 years old) in a one bedroom
cottage. No extra person charge for children
18 years and under when sharing same cottage
as an adult, using existing bedding.
|
|
|
Early Departure
Fees: Early Departures (checking out prior to
scheduled departure date) will incur a minimum
$250.00 fee. If during a minimum stay
requirement period, guest will be charged for
entire stay. |
|
|
Late Departure
Fees: Standard check-out is 11:00 am. If
check-out is after 11:00 am, a $75.00 fee per
hour will be charged to guest. If check-out is
after 3:00 pm, a full day cottage charge will
be charged to guest. Guest will be notified if
we can accommodate a late departure without a
fee.

Arrival time
is requested for advance reservations.

|
Cottages are
available with king beds and double beds.
|
|
|
Check-in time is
4:00 pm. |
|
|
Check-out time is
11:00 am. Express check-out is available.
